Bartlett Family Fund
Donation protected
Kevin Bartlett has been a dedicated UPS employee for 29 years and a delivery driver in the Lebanon, ME area for over a decade.
Kevin, 54, and Ellen, 50, have 2 biological children Keith & Sidney. They also were foster parents for a number of years before adopting 2 sisters Jessie and Samantha and several years later, adopting Apollo their last foster child.
Kevin and his family have lived in the westbrook Community for over 25 years, they are active members at their local church and Ellen worked as a nurse in the Westbrook School System for many years.
Tragedy struck Kevins family one and a half years ago, when his wife Ellen of 25 years, was diagnosed with Guillain-Barre Syndrome which is the rapid onset of muscle weakness as the result of damage to the peripheral nervous system.
Ellen's fight with this disease has taken an extreme financial burden to Kevin and his family of five. Not only being reduced to one income, Kevin has also had to take extensive time off to care for both Ellen and his family.
In the recent weeks Ellens health has taken a major turn for the worst.
Any funds raised would go towards last expenses, Previous medical bills, heat & oil and other household expenses.
