Update : Our Addy girl has left us here on earth, but is rejoicing in Heaven with our heavenly father. We miss you dearly Addy and will always cherish the time we had with you.

Hi, my name is Samantha and Addy is my niece! She is such a sweet and kind soul. We were hit with some tough news yesterday morning due to post op complications from Tonsil Surgery.
