Class Action Lawsuit Against Forced Masking

Orange County Public Schools has instituted a mandatory mask policy that is in direct violation of the Florida Civil Rights Act.  The policy is based in a dogmatic fear of the coronavirus that has been purpetuated by the media, based on misinformation, and does not reflect the minimal threat posed to students and teachers, based on the actual cdc infection rate and death toll numbers. The actual death rate is .04% and the risk of infection is just as small. According to a study conducted by Franklin Templeton, the fear of adverse effects or death is about 70% (based on msm misinfo) while the actual threat is about .2%.  Due to the principle of seperation of church and state, government is not allowed to make policy based on dogmatic beliefs and all policies must be based on empirical evidence. The mask policy is their dogma and they are forcing it on our children with no regard for the actual empirical evidence that contradicts their own personal fears. The lawsuit is inteded to not only have that policy stricken from the rules but also to inform the public of their right to make their own medical decisions between themselves and their Doctors. The govt does not have the legal authority to mandate medical equipment and this policy not only makes the govt your doctor but it is ill informed and will cause serious health effects as children are not supposed to wear face coverings for hours at a time everyday.  This dangerous policy will induce soar theoats, lung infections, and even organ failure in the students who are being forced to gag themselves, in violation of the most basic civil right any human has, the right to breath fresh air.
