Mary Manring's Memorial Fund

On January 16th, 2015, I lost my best friend, my mom. She fought a long, hard battle with liver failure. On December 3rd, 2014 we underwent a liver transplant. I was her living liver donor. I gave 60% of my liver for the chance that my mommy could continue to live a long, healthy life. Sadly, that hope, that dream did not come true, because on January 16th my mom suffered a massive bleeding into her brain and passed away peacefully and without suffering. She was a fighter to the end. My mom was the strongest, bravest, most amazing person I have ever known. There is a huge hole in my heart now. It is hard to even think of what life will be like without her, but it helps a little to know that she is now my guardian angel looking down on me and protecting me always.

As you know, funerals and memorial services are expensive. And my family has already drained our savings in the payment of medical expenses. Anything you can donate would help us immensely, and I will be forever grateful for your generosity and compassion.

"Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die." - John 11:25-26
