Keep a family business alive

Our community has stepped up and helped us through some very trying times.
The pandemic along with our elected officials have devastated our industry. We tried to stay afloat as best we can, with the loss our our son Richard in April of 2020 we were even more devastated.
We have never given up on our community and have been trying to give back since the pandemic started. We have donated 1540 care packages to homeless in 2020 and 526 so far in 2021. We have also provided food for the homebound elderly at our expense.
We lost our private party room and unfortunately need to pay for the separation of the floors. We also took 3 merchant cash advance loans which is basically legal loan sharking to keep our doors open. We have been denied EVERY loan, grant, PPP we have applied for because of the building foreclosure on our record and the identity theft issue from 3 years ago.
The legal issues with the landlord have all been settled now and we are at the final stages of regaining our ground.
Everyone is struggling and we obviously know that. I have been trying to get back into the E911 telecommunication arena with no luck in almost 2 years.
We prayed Barstool would come to our rescue since we more than exceed their conditions for application but to date have been overlooked.
We are hoping that with friends, community and hard work we will make the final push and keep our doors open. Although our staff has worked with us this entire time we do owe payroll and want to help them get back to normal also.
The monies will be used to finalize our agreement with the landlord and pay for the removal of the internal staircase from the restaurant. This includes the architect, engineer and DOB fees and filings as well as the contractor to do the work.
People said in 2007 a German restaurant wouldn't survive in the Ridge, well we want to stay another 14 plus!!
Thank you all for your time.
