Help keep me stable during my healing journey

So here it goes, this is the hardest thing for me to do. I was involved in a work-related injury on February 12, and it is 1099, so no workman's comp is available. I broke my back. Surgery was on the 17th, and I am now home. Physical therapy will begin in 4 weeks. I am reaching out for help to stay in my apartment while I heal; crawling out the door to homelessness seems so harsh while in so much agony. My rent is $1219.00 and due by the 5th. If I have to go, I will have to leave everything behind as I am in no shape to pack or have the funds for storage. I know this is just a bump in the road and is not going to keep me down permanently, so I'm trying not to let it take me into a deep dark hole. The remainder of the funds will go towards power, medications, and other necessities that may be needed.
