Keep a starving artist in his home

Medical and other unforeseen  expenses have put me far behind in my condominium fees. I will be evicted if I cannot settle the debt, and, at 74, without a car or a driver's license, I have nowhere to go.

I do not live extravagantly and very seldom get to go to even modest entertainments, like a community theater show. I have begun making some good-quality contributions to the world of arts and letters, but need my basic shelter to continue doing so.

I drink very little, and only on rare social occasions. I do not take any recreational drugs, I am trying to live a humble life, but would hope it could be sheltered, at the very least.

My writing is the thing that keeps me inspired and engaged.
