Keep Boating On The Hudson Magazine Afloat

Hi, my name is John H. Vargo, Publisher of the iconic 30 year old Boating On The Hudson Magazine.

One thing everyone knows about me is I don’t give up, no matter what happens. In order to survive in these difficult times I have to do something unique to keep this magazine afloat.

When I found out about GO FUND ME and its abilities to raise money for any worthwhile cause I asked myself, “well Boating On The Hudson Magazine is certainly worth while, and loved by thousands of followers,  maybe this is the way to keep it AFLOAT during these difficult times we are all going through?”

Sink or swim, I prefer swimming and it it takes a little “baring of my soul to do it, so be it”.

If you love independent thinkers and doers you certainly have one here to support with a contribution.  Remember the story on the rouge wave that almost drowned  a family playing on the beach, or  the many, many striped bass fishing contests, or the children's catfish contests, the support we gave the military through the wounded warrior project, or the seven year fight to stop the harassment of boaters on the Hudson River,  all that an much more during the past 20 years.

I am totally committed to keeping Boating On The Hudson going during these trying times,  but I desperately need your contributions.
