Your beloved Café Zuri needs your help. Our deadline to pay off Simone, our wonderful espresso machine, is rapidly approaching. We need to raise $16,000 and we can’t do it without you.
Seven years ago when we first opened our doors to the Highlands, our espresso machine—Sheila—was there to greet you. Sheila’s steam helped power first dates, plan birthdays and weddings, launch new careers and inspire travels around the globe. Sheila helped Café Zuri grow into West Denver’s place to meet and have great conversations over quality coffee and European pastries.
But after one million shots of espresso, Sheila had to retire. After careful research, we ordered Simone, Sheila’s younger and more powerful sister. Handcrafted in Italy, Simone is up to the task of serving Café Zuri patrons for a decade to come.
It’s no secret that running an independent coffee shop is financially challenging. Simone’s purchase, while necessary, has brought us to the edge. Please give what you can to help pay off Simone and keep Café Zuri’s doors open for many years to come.
