Keep Cascade Lounge Afloat from Covid-19

Hello Friends & Neighbors,
Today, it became clear that unfortunately there is no help from the CARES act coming our way to Cascade Lounge. This, as we all know, is such an unprecedented time in our history. So many of our colleagues in the industry are struggling and hurting right now.
Just a year ago, I faced similar uncertain times; having survived a rare medical condition that leveled me to my very core. I was Lucky Case #7. It was the most humbling experience of my lifetime. While it took time to rebuild my body, the Cascade Lounge Community was there.
Supporting this effort allows me to pay the basic requirements to keep the physical business in existence: Rent, Insurance, Utilities and Equipment Leases. Legal regulations prevent me from selling cocktails to go, pre-purchased gift cards for alcohol and other means of offsite revenue. With new "Guidelines" listing bars as the last to re-open, help is needed NOW to get through what could very well be another 8 weeks of shut down.
We have roughly 3000 members at Cascade Lounge. If only $4 was given by each member to help support (less than the cost of some memberships in NC), we could easily reach this goal.
I can't imagine a time without the neighborhood pub. A place where friends, neighbors, colleagues and visitors can come as they are and share time together. For me, it's always been about cultivating an atmosphere of inclusion, togetherness and fun. We need positive & supportive social outlets in our lives. I have never felt more connected to my Community than I have in the last three years as the Owner of such an establishment.
