Keep Christine from having to sell Ken Zanowski's things

I have managed to keep things going since Ken died. Unfortunately, I am at the point of being almost completely out of cash until I can get the house sold. I know so many people asked back when Ken died how they could help, or what I needed.

This has been the most awful, horrible, and lonely six months of my life. I've been trying so hard, and I thought that the offer I accepted on the house was valid, but it instead turned out to be from jerks who wouldn't even accept closing credits, only insisting I fix things I couldn't afford, because free house, yay. On top of that, explaining over and over to a realtor how I need to sell as is because of insolvency, who screwed me over too. It seems like since Ken died, it's just been a parade of people taking, taking, taking. I can't anymore. My spirit is completely broken, and my urge to care about anything slips further and further away.

I'm a month behind on the mortgage thinking we were going to close. Ted is ill, dehydrated, and in pain, and I am too poor to afford a vet currently. I'm so worried about him. I don't know what to do. I want to cry, scream, and break everything until it all looks as ugly as I feel.

I can't get care credit or loans, and my only last thing I can do is this, or start to sell off Ken's things like he told me to do. I'm tired of having a glimmer of hope then watching it crash, again and again. I'm so sorry to ask everyone for help, but I don't know what else to do. I'm so completely heartbroken I'm at this point, and exhausted. Please help, you have no idea how much it would mean to me and how much I'd appreciate it.
