Keep Cloverdale Flags Flying in Memory
Donation protected
Hey there, I'm Anthony, and I'm accepting donations to put up and maintain the flags on the Cloverdale overpass in Boise, Idaho. A few years back, the bridge had a crash underneath the overpass, and with all the fire damage, the bridge had to be rebuilt. Involved in that crash was a semi-truck and a vehicle that had four service men and women inside who unfortunately lost their lives under that overpass. When the bridge was finally rebuilt, they added a massive American flag to honor the military members who had passed.
Every day we drive by that bridge, an American flag was always there to remind us of those people we lost, and one day it was simply gone. It didn't sit well with me, and as I thought about it, my friends and I decided to do something about it! We added more flags to make sure their sacrifice was never forgotten, or any military member's. We have been doing this for over a year now, and countless times they have been removed or vandalized. We pay our own hard-earned money to keep the flags waving and would really appreciate anything we could get to keep the flags up and maintained.
