Help Keep Dad and Rescued Pets Warm This (Michigan) Winter

My dad is on a fixed income. He lives in the country in Michigan (Pullman) and needs to fill his propane tank so he, and his pets, don’t freeze in their home and he doesn’t quite have enough to fill it. I'm not in a position to help him and I live in TN. Please help.
