Like many small businesses, we have faced immense challenges—from the lasting impacts of the pandemic to rising operational costs. Despite our dedication and love for what we do, we are now at a crossroads where we urgently need your help to keep our doors open. Since 2022, post pandemic, we noticed that a big difference in traffic and reservations
New York is currently going through a very tough phase and is loosing its traffic.

Running a small restaurant in NYC comes with significant costs, including rent, payroll, ingredients, and the ever-rising expenses of maintaining a quality dining experience. We have exhausted all possible avenues to keep Delice & Sarrasin thriving, but now we need our community’s help to stay afloat.
