We Love You, Carrie!

Donation protected

On January 1st, Carrie Schmoyer went for a run. As she came up the driveway, she collapsed. Fortunately, her neighbors saw her and immediately called 911. Neighbors immediately started CPR. They got her heart beating in the ambulance. She was put on a ventilator and was sedated so that her brain could rest. Results from an MRI revealed significant brain injury and she is breathing over the ventilator, but they are leaving it in as a precaution. There is a possibility that Carrie will need 24/7 care in a nursing facility and may not be able to come home. This page is dedicated to helping the family with medical expenses associated with these current findings. As we are all saying, miracles happen. Carrie is a fighter and if anyone can fight through, she can. We want to hear that snort again, Carrie! WE LOVE YOU!!

Carrie, Mom, Care-Bear, Carrie Jo, Mrs. Schmoyer - We love and miss you! Stay strong and keep fighting!!

EDIT 1/6/25 @ 3:20 PM: Well then. The first goal was small potatoes for Carrie's friends, family and admirers! On to the next goal!! Nothing is stopping us, Carrie. You fight. We fight right with you.
