Keep gig workers employed at the Gig Workers' Hub

Hi, my name is Andrew and in December 2022 I began the Gig Workers Hub - Australia's first dedicated meeting place for delivery riders and other platform workers. Run by migrants for migrants, the Hub is somewhere to connect with others, rest, and receive practical advice. It's a place to access basic amenities such as clean toilets, a kitchen with free food and drink, and charging points. We also regularly host events on topics including employment rights, road safety, and building a strong resume.

Thanks to ongoing support from the City of Melbourne our running costs are low, but to stop relying on platform company money, we need your help to survive. Donating here will see your money go directly to keeping our staff members employed and therefore to keeping the space open.
