KEEP JONATHAN SMILING
Donation protected
Hello everyone, I, Mary Abrego (Jonathan’s fiancé) am reaching out on Jonathan’s behalf. As you all know, Jonathan was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia in late August which shocked us all to the core.
He was hospitalized for 33 days to put this into remission. To help ensure his leukemia stay in remission while awaiting his stem cell transplant, he had to return to the hospital in October and November for chemotherapy.
The last thing he needs now during this current aggressive chemotherapy leading to his stem cell transplant and recovery is to be concerned about finances. The reality is his wages continue to be less and less and his job will soon be terminated. Along with this his medical insurance will go to expensive COBRA. As with life his living expenses will always be there.
This is all a long journey for Jonathan, someone who has been so very active all his life. God willing it will be at least a year or more before he can work again due to being immunosuppressed.
Your help can relieve him of these concerns allowing Jonathan to fully concentrate on recovering and leading a “new” and healthy long life. On December 27th his “new” life begins with his stem cell transplant. We are thankful for everyone’s continued prayers and support.
We wish you a Blessed Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year!
Love, Jonathan and Mary
