Lesser Litter, our beloved local refill shop, a beacon of sustainable living in Taunton, is facing closure at the end of April 2025. This wonderful community resource, offering ethical, organic, and package-free groceries, is at risk of disappearing.
But there's hope!
The Ethical Food Collective Taunton, a brand new community-owned cooperative, has stepped forward with a rescue mission! We have a plan in place to take the reins of Lesser Litter and not only keep its doors open but also expand its impact across Taunton and West Somerset.
More than just a shop, we're building a movement!
We're committed to:
- Continuing the vital legacy of Lesser Litter: providing you with access to sustainable and ethically sourced food and household essentials
- Nourishing our community's health and wellbeing: Promoting healthier food choices and fostering a sense of connection
