Keep Los Ranchos Rural

This campaign was created to assist with the anticipated legal costs for consultation on how to Keep Los Ranchos Rural.

The money raised will be for legal costs to review documents/ordinances for the recently passed Pilot Project programs and high-density proposals at 4th and Osuna. They will provide consultation on our options as a community.

Matthew M. Beck Esq. has been retained to help navigate the legal aspects of all of the high-density projects that the Village is proposing. Matt is a Partner with Peifer, Hanson, Mullins & Baker, PA. He and Charles Peifer, Esq. came highly recommended and PHMB, formerly Browning & Peifer, P.A., is a litigation firm composed of former large-firm attorneys who concentrate their practice in the prosecution and defense of civil suits in state and federal courts throughout New Mexico and other jurisdictions. One of the founding partners of the firm, James O. Browning, now serves as United States District Judge for the District of New Mexico.
