Help prevent Charlotte tilbury from bullying me to close

My name is Beckie, I’m a renowned aesthetician and skincare specialist. In 2019 I began formulating, testing and trialing a large range of ingredients to create affordable and reliable skincare products that I would eventually launch in 2024. Our reviews and client testimonials are truly what made all the time and money I invested in this brand so worth it. We have changed lives and most importantly people’s confidence with our affordable formulas. However, sadly after just 4 months of trading our trademark was opposed by Charlotte tilbury. After speaking to a solicitor we were made aware of the extensive fees we would incur and the highly likely chance we would not win over such a high profile company where money isn’t an issue. They have now forced us into a horrendous situation where we need to make back a minimum of 10 thousand £ to afford a complete rebrand of packaging, labels, boxes, cards, price lists, shipping bags, website design and content creation, trademarking fees etc or close down the dream I’ve been working at for the past 5 years of my life.

I was told to create a go fund me months ago but felt there were more important people with much worse situations happening and felt as if I wasn’t entitled to ask the public for money off the back however with our prices being lowered insanely I do understand that even a £5 product plus shipping costs is too much for some people and this is the best way for those that want to help a little can do so.
