Keep Old Grumpy rolling!

“PTSD is the demon in the dark: we're gonna wrap a chain around its leg, drag it out into the sunlight, and run it over with our trucks…”
I launched the Old Grumpy Project in memory of five Brothers in Arms, all of whom I loved dearly who lost their fight against their PTSD demons.
Old Grumpy is my 1953 Dodge M37 ¾ ton Weapons Carrier that I use to reach out to my fellow Veterans and create awareness in the public eye about the impact of PTSD on the Veteran Community. Using Old Grumpy, I am collaborating with the local filmmaking community to disseminate information about PTSD, collate resources, create connections between organizations, both structured and unstructured, that help those struggling with PTSD know what, exactly, they are dealing with, and that they are not alone. I have more details on our website at www.oldgrumpy.net.
Along with Old Grumpy, we have Homer, a 1940s-era WC-54 Field Ambulance, as well as another 1952 M43 Field Ambulance yet to be named.
As you may imagine, keeping 70 - 80 year old trucks on the road takes a bit of doing; we do most of the work ourselves, so adding coin to the war chest would be a godsend.
I'm still in the process of exploring how I can reciprocate: challenge coins, apparel, and the assorted appropriate swag.
Whether through donation, sponsorship, or simply spreading the word, won't you help me keep Old Grumpy up and running to Continue the Mission?
