Keep Ottawa's First Men's Centre Open!

Help us Keep Ottawa's first centre for men open.

The Ottawa branch of the Canadian Centre for Men and Families (CCMF) is be Ottawa’s first health and social service hub uniquely dedicated to the needs of boys, men, fathers and their families. We are currently serving approximately 100 men and boys each  month with individual counselling and groups focused on male survivors of domestic abuse, male survivors of false allegations, father involvement after separation or divorce, a family law information clinic, and general emotional support for men.  These programs are largely unavailable elsewhere in Ottawa and address an urgent need.

With your donation we will keep open a dynamic and intensively used facility in Ottawa and launch extra needed programs including a suicide prevention group (men represent 75% of all suicides in Canada, about eight per day) and a weekly group for boys focusing on male positivity.  This facility has proven its effectiveness, please help us to make it sustainable long term in Ottawa.
