Keep Ricky On The Road

Update: We are filled with gratitude for all the love and support to get Ricky’s Executive Car Service and the Mobile Studio back on the road. When this GoFundMe started, we were quoted about $9500 to get his vehicles back on the road. It was overwhelming as neither of us have any savings. The vans transmission is slipping, the catalytic converter has gone bad, and the engine oil cooler is leaking oil. The Genesis sedan he drives executives and VIP clients in has a transmission that completely went out. Ricky talked to a mechanic that he knows yesterday and he offered us a great deal. If we bring in both cars, he will fix them both for $5600!!!. Each will get a warranty and both cars would be done within 2 weeks!! This means we are only $2000 from the goal with all the fundraising done so far. We are asking to lower the amount on the GoFundMe to $5600 as we do not need anything over that amount. We realize that GoFundMe takes 10% but, we believe we can come up with $560 while driving the rental he is using. Thank you for tuning in to our live shows and loving us so much, we love you too. We are excited to spend 2023 with you daily and know it will be the best year yet!!

Hey everyone!

If you don't know me, my name is Lysa and Ricky and Jena are family to me. On behalf of myself, Chad Brookman, Krissy Kraemer-Roerish and the 8:15 recovery group, we are starting this Go Fund Me because both of Ricky's cars are in dire need of repair. Both vehicles need transmissions, the van needs a catalytic converter.

As you know, driving is how Ricky makes his living. He not only needs to provide for himself but his children as well as get them to school, work and their extracurricular activities.

Both vehicles are of paramount importance as the van is utilized when he has larger parties to transport.

On top of just needing to be able to take care of his bills, Ricky also uses his vehicles for service to the community as it is where he goes live for both Taxi TV and the 8:15 group, goes to Central Office to obtain books to then take to the Phoenix House, delivering care packages to the homeless during the holidays seasons etc.

Those of you that tune in regularly also know that Ricky and Jena are the first ones to help others and have raised money to help others get their vehicles fixed, help other friends with medical bills and help others to fulfill basic needs. And for me personally and I am sure a lot of you, the morning meditation is extremely important to my recovery and I rely on it to help me start my day on the right foot.
