Keep Sebastian and Baxter Safe

As most of you probably know three of our sons have had FSGS (a kidney disease) Two of our sons (Baxter 7 and Sebastian 10) received transplanted kidney's 5 years ago, Our first born son passed away while waiting for a kidney at age 5, the pain from losing him is still extremely present and a concern we carry when making any decision that affects Baxter and Sebastian. We are keeping the kids isolated for the time being as its what was recommend and what we feel most safe with. The pain of a losing a child is still so fresh even still that we cannot take the risk with our surviving sons. AJ has been home from work since March and Jessica has not been working since the schools closed down, with school starting back up we are at a crossroad, We have stayed very isolated over the past months, we are at the point of either needing AJ to move out of the house so that he can work and stay away from the family until conditions are met while Jessica stays home to take care of the kids, or Much more preferably Jessica returns to work as what she does is much less risk than what AJ does and wouldn't need to stay out of the home. Needless to say we are very concerned and really don't want to split the family up for the foreseeable future, if its what we have to do we will do it.  Any help you can provide is extremely helpful.
