Hello everyone,

My name is Candis and I'm creating this GoFundMe page on behalf of an incredible individual and my fiancee, Dylan Bruehl. Dylan is a devoted and loving life partner and daddy/stepdad of four beautiful and rambunctious children. At just 30 years old, his resilience in the face of overwhelming adversity is nothing short of awe-inspiring.

For years, Dylan has been waging an uphill battle against a cascade of serious health issues, all while keeping a brave face for his family. What started as mysterious and recurring blood clots spiraled into a series of medical emergencies, including two strokes, a pulmonary embolism, and endocarditis. Unfortunately, misdiagnoses along the way have only compounded the challenges he faces.

Recently, we finally received a clear diagnosis: Dylan has a rare form of Systemic Lupus. This disease is not only challenging to treat, but also requires significant, ongoing medical care and resources, something our insurance is insufficient to fully cover.

The financial burden of Dylan's condition is quickly becoming insurmountable. We're facing enormous medical bills and struggling to maintain our day-to-day expenses. Our primary concern is keeping a roof over our heads, food on the table for our kids, and ensuring Dylan gets the necessary care he needs.
