Support Our Family: Prevent Repossession of Our Car

Hi, I'm Tori!
I am a mom of 2 wonderful toddlers. My son is disabled and has severe Autism Spectrum Disorder and is non-verbal. He goes through an immense amount of therapy sessions throughout the week to help him thrive and hopefully be able to develop in a way to live life to the fullest.
Given the need to take him to all of his therapy and medical appointments, we need our car to be able to transport him along with the mobility device since he is not capable of walking on his own or holding our hand due to his intense desire to elope and having another toddler.
Unfortunately, my husband was let go from his job last year. He applied to approximately 1,000 jobs and was only interviewed for a few. He has not been able to secure a role. The job market has been extremely tough, and even with multiple degrees including a master's, he has had no luck. His employment loss has taken a toll on our finances, putting us into extreme debt, bills being sent to collections, and now both of our vehicles are facing repossession if we can't come up with the funding. With the delinquent debt, our credit has taken a hard hit and we aren't able to finance a car if we lose our current ones.
I am hoping to be able to raise enough money to pay off the settlement amounts for our vehicle so that we aren't stuck with trying to figure out how we get our next car to be able to attend appointments and most importantly me reporting to work.
I work a job that requires hours that public transportation is not operating, along with living outside city limits, which was done to save us on the cost of rent. I have been pulling overtime weekly just to get our bills paid but unfortunately, it is not enough to pay for the cars too.
The situation that makes it harder for us is that childcare for our son who is special needs costs more than what my husband would possibly earn working if an offer were to coincide with my work hours. We are at a complete loss of what we are going to do, as no car could then lead to me losing my job for failure to report for duty.
I am asking and hoping that there are angels out there that are able to assist us!
