Keeping E-Side Thai Open While Undergoing Chemo

Donation protected
Hi there. My name is Jessica, Emma’s niece who you may have seen at the window of E-Side Thai helping out recently! A little over a month ago, my aunt was diagnosed with Stage 1 Bladder Cancer that is aggressive and needed surgery to remove the tumor right away and starting chemotherapy right after. My aunt, who LOVES her community and strives to serve you the best Thai food in town, is now faced with unexpected medical bills, undergoing medical treatment that keeps her away from running her business, and having to pay employee’s to help keep her business up and running as she steps away to beat cancer. If you have ever had the chance to meet Emma or eat any of her delicious foods, you already know the amazing person she is and the love and passion she puts into her food and business. This is a very difficult time for Emma and our family as she does everything in her power to fight this battle against cancer while trying to keep her small business open (which is what helps pay her bills). Anything helps and if you are unable to donate, sharing this post or even stopping by our food cart that is located on SE 43rd & Belmont (Bite On Belmont) would mean the world to our family, especially Emma.

Emma has one of the biggest and kindest hearts I know and I would love to be able to give her the gift of some financial relief. Thank you for all of your love and support in advance! It means the world to us ❤️
