Keeping my daughter alive

Donation protected
This is my daughter, Heather Noelle Bottoms.  She is the mother of four and grandmother to three little boys and one on the way in May 2019.  In September 2015, she fell extremely ill and was rushed to the hospital.  She was told she was in aThyroid storm, which is a life-threatening health condition that is associated with untreated or undertreated hyperthyroidism. During thyroid storm, an individual's heart rate, blood pressure, and body temperature can soar to dangerously high levels.  She was rushed to surgery where they removed her thyroid and due to a botched surgery by an inept and inexperienced surgeon, all four parathyroid glands were ripped out as opposed to be cut out.  She was rendered unable to speak for approximately 16 months.   Heather spent  83 days in the  hospital the first year after her botched surgery .  The reasons for her hospitalization was due to chronic calcium deficiency and kidneys inability to get rid of excess calcium.  In November 2016, she found a new endocrinologist and was started on Natpara,   a prescription parathyroid hormone used with calcium and vitamin D to control low blood calcium (hypocalcemia) in people with low parathyroid hormone blood levels (hypoparathyroidism). It is only for people who do not respond well to treatment with calcium and active forms of vitamin D alone, because it may increase the possible risk of bone cancer (osteosarcoma).  It is terribly expensive.  Her copay is $2644.00 for 28 doses per month which is administered via injections, which she administers herself.  She lives on SSI and was getting funding through a nonprofit organization called OnePath which has run out of funding and she will not be able to apply for 6 months.  Without those shots,  she could go into cardiac arrest and die.  She had her last injection yesterday(January 13, 2019), so she is now living on borrowed time.  Please help me keep her alive.  We are not a wealthy family by any stretch of the imagination so we are unable to assist her financially.  I encourage all reading this to research what I just left here.    I have never asked a living soul for a thing other than prayers and would never ask for myself, but being a mother, I must exhaust all avenues....Please Please help her...I am begging ... she was born December 7, 1971, still a young woman that needs to have the time she should to spend with her four children and her grandchildren.
