Unforeseen Accident… in need of a Real Blessing!

I’d like to start off by saying I’ve never been the type to ask for assistance. Even when I needed the help. I appreciate a moment of your time.
I am 31 years old. I’m a happily married man of 7 years and a father of 2 sons; ages 7 and 2.
On August 23, 2021, I was involved in an accident. Due to the circumstances of that incident, I can not disclose any details because it is an ongoing and open investigation. This incident led to me being incarcerated and away from my family. I’ve lost a substantial amount of income while being away. I am self-employed in the trucking industry and before this, I owned my own tractor as a Owner Operator. I had just recently purchased this truck on November 13, 2021. I’ve had my CDL since 2013 and I started using my license in 2014 to give my family a better life. Because of this incident, we’re behind on our rent and utilities. It’s hard to keep groceries in the house, but we’re managing. My youngest son is in daycare while my wife works, but we can barely afford to pay his tuition now.
I still have my license with no restrictions. A dear friend of mines is letting me use his truck for now, while he on vacation temporarily. He can only pay me a small percentage of the loads because that’s how he makes a living himself. It’s not much, but we are very humble and grateful for his support. The money I’m making now is barely enough to maintain, or put a dent in the debt we’re accumulating. I will more than likely lose my home since no other company will let me drive for them because my case is still open.
I don’t have any other certifications or educational experience that substitute for knowledge and experience I have gained over the years as a driver. I’ve always been the head of our household, providing financially. My wife is a very strong woman and is doing everything she can to keep our family afloat during this time, but it’s hard. I feel very honored and privileged to have her as my life partner and significant other. I’m only out on bond and I have an approaching court date that decides the status of my freedom. My freedom is important because if I’m away, I won’t be able to continue to help provide or support my family.
At this point, I’ve also had to hire an attorney to help with my case which is very costly due to the severity of the charges brought against me.
If you may… please hold your judgment until my case is resolved. I have no prior criminal record, and I do have an experienced attorney fighting for me, but only as long as I can continue to make payments. Those payments along with my own personal debt, which includes housing, clothing, and feeding my family is a lot to bare. Anything that can be donated at this time will be greatly appreciated. I am very worried and concerned for the well being of my family. Any form of support will help us in these trying times not just financially.If you can help share this post along and keep us in your prayers it will be greatly appreciated .I can only express my gratitude for anyone that can help or even took the time to read this much with a simple thank you.
