Kelli’s hospital bills

On March 11, Kelli was admitted to the Neuro ICU and spent just under a month there after suffering a near fatal stroke. During her stay, she’s had numerous procedures along with a drain to relieve pressure to her brain. She is finally home and recovering with a long road ahead of her.

 

Kelli has an amazing family who I’ve been lucky enough to grow up with, and due to their strength and support, Kelli has made great improvements over these last few weeks. She had great care at the hospital, and with great care comes great cost. Kelli has always been a great support system to those she loves. She will help you fundraise, she will craft for hours to help you decorate for your kid’s birthday and has always offered an ear whenever any of us has a problem. This would be our time to give back and help with some of her medical costs.

 

Any donation amount is appreciated. As the hospital bills pile up, we just want her to worry less about what debt she’s going to be in, and more about her recovery. She has great health insurance but as we all know, the out of pocket costs leave those with serious medical conditions with a lot of debt. 

At this time, although her Facebook is active, she is unable to access it. Not that she wouldn’t love everyone’s messages of encouragement, but at this time the family is trying to not overwhelm her and get her used to her new normal.
