Kellum House Fire Rebuild

Hi! First, let me say that Susan and the kids and me are okay. We are safe. Praise be to God! We evacuated our house full of smoke on Sunday around on 4:02 am. Only to see flames uncontrollably consume a large majority of the house not more than 20 minutes later. What was not consumed by flames has been impacted by smoke and water. Presently we are doing well. Our neighbors have been awesome! We are staying there until we hear from our homeowner’s insurance. People keep asking us, “What do we need?” When we think about the craziness happening on the other side of the world, truly, what we are experiencing pales. However, we are grateful to have loved ones who want to help us during this time. Your prayers and willingness to help mean more than you know. And we realize that we have a quite a journey ahead of us to rebuild our home. To be honest, we are still in shock and don’t even know what we need. We know we will be portable for a while. And we know we have lost a lot of valuable things. But we have the most valuable gifts with us. For that, we are grateful. We have created this page.
