Help Kelly recover from Brain Surgery!
Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers,
Kelly is going in for a rare and serious brain surgery on September 12. This procedure comes on the heels of Domi’s surgery and subsequent recovery. The timing has turned their world upside down, and now they are facing not only the physical and emotional toll but also a significant financial burden.
Kelly is a fierce and pivotal advocate and ally to the Trans community, serving as a clinical social worker to folks seeking gender affirming care. With recent changes to legislation across the country she has been assisting more and more people who are needing to travel to Oregon from clear across the country.
We are reaching out for help to cover the loss of income during recovery, and increased costs incurred for maintaining a household while both adults are under strict orders to not lift, move, push, bend, or do more than rest and recover for weeks upon weeks. Please contact Domi if you would like to hear more about the specifics.
Your support, no matter the size, will help alleviate the financial stress and allow them to focus on what really matters: health and recovery. Whether you can donate or simply share her story, we are deeply grateful for your kindness and generosity.
Thank you for being a part of this journey and for helping in this time of need.
