Kelly Lopez's Travel Expenses for Family Emergency

Kelly Lopez's mom died April 14 in a car accident in the Bahamas.  It is an international requirement that Kelly go down to assist in the identification before they can go forward with plans.  Kelly will go down again later for the memorial service at the Naval Base.
