Kelly B. is 39 years old, with a 3 year old son, who was just diagnosed early August 2015 with Stage IV non-small cell Lung Cancer. She is not a smoker and is a very active person.
Kelly B. has become a very special person to me, she was brought into my life through my ex-husband. When they first started dating I saw my 3 boys at that time; ages 14, 10 & 8 have a connection with her I've never seen them have before. I thought this woman has to be one terrific person for my boys to take such a liking to. She cared for my boys unconditionally and loved them for who they were and not just because she was dating their father. I had only met her in passing but felt such a connection to her words cannot describe. My babies loved her I loved her it was as SIMPLE as that.
Although, her relationship did not work out with the boys father, the boys and I kept her very close and shortly thereafter her son, the little love of her life was born. My boys are now 20, 16 & 14 who now have a 3 year old brother and call Kelly B., Mom #2 and who I proudly say is their God Mother.
Are you wondering why I am telling you this from my perspective? I love Kelly B. as she were my own flesh and blood, it doesn't matter how or who brought us together. All that matters is my family is blessed to have her and her family in our lives.
Please help Kelly's family and friends raise money to give her the best treatment and support she deserves! Her specialized treatment will be in San Diego, CA for a 2 month stay. She will receive the best care for her type of Stage IV non-small cell Lung Cancer. The donations will help her with her medical bills, living conditions and also fly her son out to visit with his Mommy. While Kelly B. is away, her son, Paxton, will be with her sister, Krisy, and Mom, Debbie.
