Hi! My name is Kelsey Marsh. I have a condition called postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. Also known as POTS. I have many attacks that cause my heart rate to spike 120BPM- 200BPM. Moments out of involuntary actions or sometimes due to physical activity. This causes my body to lose consciousness out in random moments or sometimes expected moments in public or at home. The service dog would help alert me for an episode or help keep me safe if I did pass out and alert help in public if needed❤️
