Kelsey’s Comeback
Donation protected
In March of 2020, I lost my job due to Covid-19. The stress of this was so intense, I developed Tension Myoneural Syndrome or TMS, also known as Functional Neurological Disorder. This condition tightens various muscles and nerves, cutting off oxygen which in turn causes chronic pain. In my case, several muscles in my legs were affected making it difficult for me to stand or walk.
Despite seeing multiple doctors and having numerous tests done, my pain went undiagnosed. Eventually, it worsened to the point where I became wheelchair-bound. This led to Sarcopenia, (severe muscle atrophy), making me so weak, I couldn't open a container of dental floss. While I have since starting recovering, the process is slow and I need regular home aid care as well as ongoing physical therapy. I also need help paying for medical bills and home medical equipment. Will you please help me cover these costs by donating to my campaign?
With gratitude,
Kelsey
