Ken Conner vs Lung Cancer

This is Ken and Jill Conner, two awesome friends of ours. They are needing our help right now.

Just a few months ago, May 2019, Ken was diagnosed with Lung Cancer, Stage 3! This totally came out of left field and has been a battle ever since.

In June Ken had surgery to remove a 3rd of his lung. And they thought the worst was over.

But, in July they found out it was already in his lymph nodes. So Ken started chemo to be followed by radiation.  However he started having issues with his legs and they had to stop the chemo. He just had another surgery, this time to fix up the veins in his legs. In 2 weeks Ken is set to restart chemo. 

Ken has now been off work for the last several months and Jill has only been able to work a fraction of her normal time due to taking care of her hubby. They do have health insurance BUT  they also have all the regular bills that make the world go round.  I was given permission by Jill to reach out to all their friends and loved ones for help.  

I don’t know if I could ever find the words to describe just how wonderful these 2 people are! They have such big hearts and have always been there for others. I am hoping we can all come together to be there for them.
