Hello, my dad passed away yesterday and we have been trying to find life insurance information but unfortunately all the policies we have found were canceled. My mom wants to bury my dad, and has finally agreed to cremating him. The funeral homes have told us today that they require the money up front and won't touch him without the money. My mom and dad's plots are paid for but there is also a $1200 open and closing fee that I thought was covered with the plots but I was definitely wrong. My dad was a vet and we have been told they only reimburse you $2000 but you still have to come up with the money ahead of time. If anyone would be so gracious to help out, any little amount will help. We just want my dad to have a decent service, nothing over the top or fancy but we can't leave him in the hospital morgue much longer. Please consider helping anyway you can.
