Kendal needs severe oral surgery

My niece Kendal has had really serious issues with her teeth since birth. She is missing 16 adult teeth that never developed. It has been band-aided for years, but it has finally come to a head. She needs jaw reconstruction, bone graphs, and 9 implants. It's going to be $50,000 so anything no matter what size will be so greatly appreciated. Insurance considers it cosmetic, and not a need. That is horse shit!
