Kendall’s Funeral and Memorial
Donation protected
Time is a thief. You always think you have enough of it. Then it comes when you are not looking and steals from you. Our Father, Kendall Cordes’s time is drawing near to an end. Cancer has won. Although we had an inclination that he had lung cancer we certainly were not ready to hear that it had spread all over his body to his other major organs: brain, liver, spleen and stomach. He is unable to eat or drink as the cancerous mass is blocking his digestive tract in his stomach. Hospice has come in to ensure he is comfortable. Our Dad is such an amazing person that with all of his issues his main concern is making sure his wife is going to be taken care of financially. Since the house fire a year ago last April, they have stuck all their blood, sweat, tears and extra finances into getting a new house and making it a home. Certainly no one plans on hearing they are dying of cancer and certainly not at this fast of a rate. So with all of these unfortunate series of events, our Dad was never able to purchase life insurance or pay for any kind of funeral arrangements. So it is with heavy hearts and careful consideration that we ask for financial help to give this wonderful man we call Dad, a proper send off without our Mother having to scrape by or worry about funeral costs when she already has a lot on her plate to deal with. Food is always appreciated however they no longer have a family of 6 + to feed so their cupboards, refrigerator and freezer are filled to the brim and he is no longer eating. Any help you could contribute to funeral costs would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all for showing such love and consideration for our family and our father.
