Expenses for Leaps after Kenns Passing

Hi, this is Carey and Courtney the daughters of Kenn and Cindy Leap. As many of you know Kenn was diagnosed with stage 4 glioblastoma on July 5, 2023 to which he underwent brain surgery on July 6. Due to this terminal cancer diagnosis, Kenn is no longer able to work or care for our mother, to whom he has taken care of for the past 30 years. Kenn spent a few weeks in the hospital, as well as Crichton rehabilitation center trying to recovery and rebuild his strength. Kenn has chosen to not receive radiation or chemotherapy treatments and has chosen quality of life over quantity. Courtney, my mom, Kenn, and myself as a family have decided it is in the best interest for the both of them to reside in a nursing facility. This facility will help with Kenn’s needs as well as my mom’s and allow them to be together during this most difficult time. Courtney and I have decided to start this go fund me to raise a small amount of money to help them with any outstanding medical bills as well as credit card bills that they have accumulated over the past few months with Kenn not working. They also needed to purchase medical equipment, beds and unfortunately a new refrigerator as well. If at all possible and you can donate, we would greatly appreciate any help. We kindly ask during this time that you continue to pray for Kenn and my mother as they navigate Kenn’s terminal illness, and this new facility that they will be residing in.
