Kennedy & Linkoln Hampton

As a black woman, I never want to try to pull the “race” card out that often because I always hope to see the good in others. However, because of my daughters grandmother who is a white woman (YALL KNOW WHO EMMETT TILL IS?) This woman is now after me and has gotten granted a RESTRAINING ORDER temporarily placing my daughter so I am unable to get her back and bring her with me to Texas. She has my daughter because she was keeping her for the WEEK while I settled in, and we were to come to an AGREEMENT where I would agree completely to give her some sort of rights to see Linkoln, however was stabbed in the back and she filed this, was DENIED the first time but filed to reconsider & the judge allowed this — Let’s begin and begin this entire thing by stating the main facts here. HER SON (white male) has heroin and meth addiction, (this is no shade with people with these addictions, they just really alter the state of a person and who they are. Destroys family’s) HE is in jail pending his 17th pending felony against the law. (NOT TO MENTION: MISS MOHR then took out a 2nd mortgage on her home, in hopes his bond would be lowered as being out and getting his life straight was a stipulation to get right back with our daughter. The day after his bond was denied she then filed an objection to me relocating the same day) I have NO criminal record and have received an associates degree in Business Administration & finishing my BA from PURDUE UNIVERSITY in less than a year. While my child’s father, committing over half of these felonies under HER ROOF, CPS BEING INVOLVED AT HER ADDRESS, even a former girlfriend of my child’s father losing custody of her son because she was doing drugs in the basement at Cindy Mohr’s home! Which can be proven with CPS documents! Upon my child’s father‘s most recent arrest, he was under supervised visitation with Miss Mohr, and I was not notified when he was arrested during his previous parenting time this March and isn’t the first time this has happened. HOWEVER that situation then SUSPENDED his visitation rights (I have SOLE LEGAL CUSTODY) Her son has been arrested on more than 3 occasions during his parenting time with my daughter putting her in harms way, and all of which she’s allowing him to live under her roof & has failed to notify me the LEGAL GUARDIAN of these arrest. Yes it is my responsibility as a mother to fight for my child, however due to the fact that I am a single mother and solely support my daughter on my own, this woman and her son have done nothing but drag me in and out of court with nothing but foul intentions for my daughter which has now separated us. We had a court date set for July 18th however THREE days before HAMILTON COUNTY moved the court date, because of the school year starting and me having to begin new employment in our new state of Texas, she agrees to help me with Linkoln the first few days and we are to come with agreement. Again, I know I shouldn’t have trusted this woman, however it breaks my heart I even have to do this! I don’t want to compromise my daughters relationships and it should always be about the child but at some point people cross lines you can’t really come back from. I am tired. Mentally, emotionally. HOW AND WHY HAS A COURT ALLOWED THIS? IVE BEEN FIGHTING FOR YEARS. taking care of my daughter for YEARS while her dad has gotten stung out on drugs and in and out of jail. They say her being away from me is FOR HER WELL BEING? YEAH. OKAY. I called to tell my daughter the news and she broke out into tears and it hurt me so badly. NO JUSTICE. NO PEACE.
