Hello I'm a 32yr.old man with a loving, caring, compassionate heart. I've had a rough childhood, grew up very poor. I dropped out of high school to help raise my brothers and sister and since adulthood have had my share of troubles. I now have a little girl who I absolutely adore,she just turned 3 Dec.5th 2014
She has changed my life for nothing but the better.I'm 100% sober and I've taken many classes to change and better myself. my focus goes to my daughter first.with that said, I do have a job.I work very hard.no matter what the cost, if I have to work 12hr days for the rest of my life to give her everything I never had, I WILL! My dream is to make sure she reaches hers. I'm asking for this fund to go to the dentist and get my teeth fixed.it's something that's haunted me my whole life and truly drains me looking in the mirror. I've been bullied as a kid because of it.and now as a man it's hard to feel comfortable in almost every aspect of my life. Even if someone reads this and is a dentist who would fix my teeth for free I'd be a excellent model to show off your skill with a before and after picture.I hope someone hears my call for help to end my eternal and physical pain. I just want to be able to eat a meal without being in pain. Smile all the time.and better my health.Thank you for your time and support. It will be loved dearly.
