Kenneth "K-Town Papi" Shelton

Hello everyone. Our father Kenneth Shelton was a great man. He was a husband to his wife Melody for 40 years, has 6 children (5 girls and 1 son) and 12 grandchildren. This death has definitely caught us by surprise and is a hard pill to swallow. Our father was a 3 time stroke survivor and most definitely a fighter. He fought hard until the day God called him home. To know our dad was to love him. He always was smiling, dancing, and using his comedic genius to make the room laugh. Kenny "ktown" Shelton loved to spend time with his family and loved to play spades. Even after he had his strokes he would have his daughters to throw his hands. Kenneth loved his grandchildren and they meant the world to him. Poppy was the best granddad he knew to be and their biggest fan. In our fathers last days he begin changing his life. He found God, got baptized, and started his new life as a Christian man. Our dad was the best man he knew how to be and God really used him these last months to shine his light through so many hearts. As we know death is promised, we just don't know the time or place but we are happy to know he transitioned to be with our Heavenly Father. Because of his many health conditions we were not able to get him approved for life insurance and now we bare the weight of giving him the homegoing he deserves. We are just trusting and believing God that with our help and the help of so many others that loved him we will be able to give him the funeral he deserves. Thank you all in advance for your support , prayers, and any monetary offerings. Nothing goes unnoticed and we appreciate you for everything. We love you guys dearly. Funeral services will be announced.
