Kenneth Lee Licata, Sr.

We are fundraising to lay our father, Kenneth Lee Licata, Sr. to his eternal rest. He passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 16, 2023 in Hammond, LA. He is survived by his four children: Kenneth Lee Licata, Jr., Jennifer Lee LoGrande, Angelika Jasmine Licata, and Alexi Leann Licata; his grandchildren: Brooke LoGrande, Bailee Lipps, Britney Lipps, Dennis Lipps, Jr., Anthony (Tony) Hahn, Jr., and Axton Hahn; his great-grandchild Paisleigh LoGrande; and his god-daughter and neice Crystal Ann Licata; and many dear friends and family. He was preceded in death by his spouse Shawna Terrell Licata, his parents Philip Licata and Helen Chong, and his brother Anthony (Tony) Joseph Licata.

Kenny was a very special and vivacious person. He lit up every room he entered with love and energy, and could always bring a smile to your face. He was very kind-hearted and giving. There are so many memories to be cherished and so many memories that were left to create that leave an emptiness.

His Celebration of Life will be held at LN Hughes Funeral Services on Saturday, April 22 at 2 PM. 21400 S I-12 Service Rd. Ponchatoula, LA 70454 Friends and relatives are invited to attend.
