Kenny aka DJ Big Worm Eye Surgery

My name is Kenny Andrew aka Dj Big Worm and i have a passion for playing  music and entertaining people, but unfortunately for a few weeks I have been completely cut off from my passion, which is also my source of income because of health reasons.

 In 2014 I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and now my diabetes has spread to my retina in both eyes causing me to gradually lose my sigh, t I could say. that I have lost over 60% of my vision so far, and If I don't react quickly to the situation, I can lose my sight completely. 

In order to fix my situation, I have to take injections in the retina of my eyes for my diabetes, but before doing that I have to perform the cataract surgery in my two eyes for an amount of $8000 and then they can proceed to remedy my retina problem. 

Macular edema- (Retinopathy) which is the second procedure I have to do is the most expensive of the two procedures  according to the doctor, but to have an idea of the cost I must do the first procedure in order for them to know how severe the damage is to my retina.. 

Because of my eye situation I am cut off from most of my income and blocked  from continuing  my passion for playing music and entertaining people but most importantly slowly losing the chance to see my two young children grow up with my own eyes. 

So I'm asking for your assistance in making these two procedures a success, I would really appreciate any assistance i can get.
