Kenny Hernandez Memorial Fund

Dear friends,

On the night of April 21st, 2023 Kenny Hernandez, an employee of Bigane Paving Co., was tragically killed by a hit-and-run driver while working in a construction work zone on Lake Shore Drive. Kenny was struck and killed while standing next to his equipment, abruptly ending the life of a devoted father. He had just started what he described as his dream job, a short two weeks earlier.

Kenny was a hardworking and devoted father, and his senseless death has left his family devasted. We are reaching out to friends, family, and the construction community for support during this difficult time. The funds raised will go directly towards helping with the immediate expenses Kenny’s family faces.

Kenny was a loving father who always put his family first. He worked tirelessly to provide for them, and his loss is a heartbreaking blow to his loved ones. We hope to come together as a community to show our support for his family during this difficult time and help ease the financial burden of his sudden loss.
