Kensey Reading 2023 Team Huncho Basketball
Donation protected
My name is Kensey Reading, and I am a member of the 2026 Huncho Girls Basketball Team for the Spring/Summer 2023 season. For those of you know me, basketball is a major part of my life. I love the game. I began playing basketball at the end of 5th grade, and have put in a lot of work to get where I am today. I am so excited to be joining this team, along with several of my previous teammates and my favorite coach, Coach Mike Johnson, as we continue to grow and take the southeast by storm.
This year we have the opportunity to play a very competitive exposure schedule that will give our team the opportunity to be seen by as many prospective colleges as we can. We have a big task ahead of us, with hard work and lots of training, but I know that this team is going to make it happen. Team Huncho is a premier AAU team, and this is a major opportunity that I do not take for granted.
I would appreciate your support as I am raising funds to help cover my fees and travel expenses. Many of our larger tournaments are out of town and require travel. A donation in any amount would be most appreciated.
As a token of thanks for your support, our family will be sending a custom Pure Vida bracelet with my Huncho team colors to you as a thank-you for any donation of $25 or more. (Please make sure to send your address if you live out of town to [email redacted], so we can mail it to you if need be!) Thank you very much for your support, and I hope to see some of you at a game!
“TEAM HUNCHO BASKETBALL is an organization dedicated to the development of student-athletes under the age of 19 for National and International basketball competitions through a rigorous athletic training program. The student-athletes in our organization receive the highest quality training, which allows them to compete on a premier level. THB players receive a commitment from the THB organization to provide an environment in which the athlete learns tools for the use of the basketball court, in addition to tools that help them with life experiences. The level of love and support amongst THB players, parents, and coaches creates a great learning environment for the girls, families, and staff. Our goal is to produce fundamentally sound athletes that play hard all the time, as we assist and serve as the main platform for recruiting some of the top prospects in the country.”
