Kent Butler Cancer Relief Fund

Dear friends and family, as some of you may or may not know, out friend Kent Butler is battling cancer. Kent was diagnosed last year with a variety of ailments which included 2 different types of cancer. After enduring several types of treatments which had mixed results, Kent underwent a radical surgery to remove both cancers last Friday, April 21st. This required a 1 week stay at USC Cancer Center and will be followed by a 3 month recuperation period at home. This has put severe emotional and financial stress on both Kent and Sharon as he has been unable to work for the last year since his diagnosis. Kent is of course a fabulous artist and is loved by many in our Ojai community and beyond. Our hope is that we can all donate a little something to help Kent and Sharon in their time of need. Cancer is a stressful diagnosis emotionally. We are hoping to ease some of the financial burden that goes along with fighting this disease so Kent can concentrate on his healing process.
