Kent Elementary ILC - in memory of Mrs. Wightman

Mrs. Jennifer Wightman was a beloved Special Education Teacher who unexpectedly passed at the age of 37 from complications following a recent injury and COVID-19 diagnosis. She dedicated her life to educating Kent County’s most vulnerable students as part of the Caesar Rodney School District County Wide Programs.  The Kent County Elementary Intensive Learning Center (ILC) provides students from Kindergarten through 5th grade with additional emotional, social, and behavioral supports needed to become successful students. In lieu of flowers, we are asking that donations be made that will directly benefit Mrs. Wightman’s ILC students and future generations.
